CHURCH ACTIVITIES We are members of the Seventh-day Adventist church and attend the Toronto Adventist Church. |
RECIPES We are vegetarians. Glenda likes recipes that are quick and easy and that don't require too long in the kitchen. However, on occasions she does get a cooking spree bug and here is a collection of some favourite recipes. |

POETRY Glenda sometimes gets inspired to write poetry, often as part of a journaling exercise. |
 VOLUNTEER WORK We are both retired. That means that we can choose what we want to do with our time. We have been involved in a number of volunteer activities. |
